3. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumer Rights)

3.1 Withdrawal Period

In accordance with the European Union Consumer Rights Directive, if you are a consumer located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. This is known as the "cooling-off period."

The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier indicated by you, acquires physical possession of the goods. In the case of multiple goods ordered in one order and delivered separately, the withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day on which you acquire physical possession of the last good.

3.2 How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

3.3 Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from the purchase, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw.

We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. In any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

3.4 Returning the Goods

4. Our Extended Return Policy

In addition to your statutory right of withdrawal, we offer an extended return period of 30 days from the date of delivery for your convenience. This means you have 30 days from the date you receive your order to return products for a refund or exchange.

  • The product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it
  • The product must be in its original packaging with all labels, seals, and tags intact

4.3 Condition of Returned Products

Products must be returned in their original, unopened, and sealed condition. For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of products that have been opened, used, or tampered with, except as required by law for defective products.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions or to apply a restocking fee for products that are returned in unsatisfactory condition.

5. Non-Returnable Items

6. How to Return a Product

6.1 Step-by-Step Return Process

7. Refunds

9. Incorrect or Missing Items

If you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at notifyuse@squibronkhit.world. We will arrange for the correct product to be sent to you at no additional cost and provide a prepaid return label for the incorrect item.

9.2 Missing Items

If items are missing from your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will investigate the issue and either send the missing items or provide a refund for the missing products.

9.3 Damaged in Transit

If your product arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographs of the damaged product and packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue by sending a replacement or providing a full refund.

10. Cancellations

10.1 Order Cancellation Before Shipment

If your order has already been processed but not yet shipped, we will attempt to cancel it. If we are unable to cancel the order before shipment, you may return the product in accordance with this Return Policy once you receive it.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. However, you may refuse delivery or return the product in accordance with this Return Policy once you receive it.

11. International Returns

11.1 Returns from Outside the Netherlands

If you are located outside the Netherlands, you may return products in accordance with this Return Policy. However, please note:

  • You are responsible for all return shipping costs and any customs duties or taxes

  • Return shipping times may be longer for international returns
